I recently had an issue with my WiFi. Not only was customer service helpful and fixed the problem; they answered fast and even called back next day to check on WiFi. It was not just the lady on the helpline, it was everyone I talked to affiliated with Ben Loman. Greatest customer service I’ve ever experienced, and very much appreciated.

If the people of rural warren county had a choice of another service provider then Ben Lomand would lose most of its customers. The prices are high, internet speed is 50/50. Sometimes you get the speed you pay for most of the time you dont. Hopefully you never have to go into the office where they look down at you like a child that doesnt know what hes talking about.

I was told by 2 different CSRs one price for the installation I wanted. I explained in detail what I wanted and what I was going to do with it. Suddenly the technicians are here and the price we agreed upon is more than triple. I called the office and talked to one of the people that told me the original price. Sure enough she said it would be more than 3 times as much as what she told me. I sent them away without buying anything. I don't like being lied to.
