Our dog coward down after picking her up from a 10 day stay at elite kennels. Our beagle puppy was 4 months at the time. We were quoted a price of $10 a day which we were told included walks, etc. when we dropped off our puppy we found out that the price we were quoted was a stay of 10 days in a small chain length kennel and was not gotten out the whole time. We called everyday and was told that she was pottying just fine in the outside part of the cage and was eating. When we picked her up our bill was $32 more than quoted because they charged us for 32 potty walks at a dollar a piece and we told them not to take her on the walks that we found out were $5 a piece. We paid and said never again! To beat all our puppy barked in our face for a continual 20mins from rock island to McMinnville. It took a whole day for our sweet little puppy to come back to us, she was traumatized. 4 months later we left our puppy now 8months at kamp kritter and had the best experience ever! Quoted correctly and got the correct quoted service too! Tim treats your babies just like his own. DONT GO TO ELITE...GO TO KAMP KRITTER!
