I love factory connections but I wont be going back to the one in mcminnville. The older woman that works in there is a b***h. She always has an attitude and I honestly think that shes incapable of smiling. From now on I'm going to the ones out of town. She needs to adjust her attitude and learn how customer service works. I'm also not the only one that feels this way. So beware. If u want to get treated like s*** then go there. Oh and she also smokes in the back of the store. U can smell it when u go in sometimes but its strong in the back. So I know its not from outside.
