Aboslute Horrid first time patient expierence . I called from my insurance list to see about getting a tooth pulled. The lady who answered placed me on hold after I eaplained what i needed and verified I am a new patient. When she came back she said to me " what can I do for you Now" , I said " again I am a new patient calling to get a tooth pulled , I just got my insurance" . the lady said " you need to call some where else ,I can see you already have attitude" and then she hung up on me . When I called back and asked for the dentist , she refused to get him , and when asked to have him call me back she said " I can take your number but he won't call you back "



I am filing a complaint with Metlife dental
