I highly recommend Cavalier Corporation to solve your Radon problems. We recently acquired a piece of property which needed a slight adjustment to the radon level....well, Cavalier Corporation virtually extinguished the problem! I'm so glad we called Cavalier Corp. Sylvia is very knowledgeable about Radon and the installation process. She'll answer all your questions including placement of product. Warren was great to work with as well. They were both flexible with our options and responsive to my concerns. I highly recommend them to solve your Radon problems.

Jim Best worked for us at Cavalier for about one year and we were very happy with his work and his efforts to please our customers. The recent actions of Jim and his wife are a great disappointment. Worked very hard for them for a year, but the hours were not enough so told warren I had to find another job . He said he understood but when I went to get my last paycheck warren and Sylvia said fu and laughed at me. I am a family man but I do agree they re CROOKS. very very shisty. They can keep their lousy paycheck. Just happy to be gone.

Cavalier Corp. was hired to do a job... Met owner and explained exactly what I needed... high quality work... he promised the best... instead.. the most incompetent sloppy work... when I complained he threatened to sue me without once offering to fix the problem.. when I confronted him about his promies for superior work.. he laughed in my face and said he never intended to provide it.. Me stunned... say.. you admit that you are a liar and a thief? He.. Yep... This business preys on everyone... lying... will say anything with a smile.. and if you get what you ask for you will be damned lucky.. more than likely... an illusion rather than real work.. don't trust them.

I had a radon system put in a while back. Even though it was not inexpensive, I am super glad I got it put in. After we purchased our home we found out we had high radon. The company came in told us that they could put our system in our laundry room, out of our way. The workers came in and were very polite and efficient. My system was done in one day. The company tested my home and gave me a free kit to check for my self later, my test came back below one. I chose to have the system put in because of the health risk, after I work hard to make sure my kids eat right, and exercise I do not want to put them at risk in the one place they should be safe my home. I had Cavalier come out and install a radon mitigation system in my home in 2008. My levels went from 17 to less than 4. The crew was quick, friendly and clean. No mess and they guaranteed the system.I think they are quite likely the best radon mitigation company in Spokane!

Cavalier did not meet their agreed upon quote, overbilled. When questioned, Mr. Riddle immediately threatened a lien (bill wasn't even due, half was already paid). I paid the 2nd half anyway -- Cavalier (Riddle) sent lien notice anyway (bill still wasn't even due). Cavalier is dishonest, intimidating with bogus threats - don't let this happen to you. Better companies to choose out there, Cavalier has 2 other overbill complaints in the past year with BBB -- make mine the 3rd.

Very unhappy. This company over-billed from their original quote. When questioned, their response was to threaten a lien upon the property (the bill isn't even due yet). The owner of this company has already had 2 complaints for the same problem with the BBB. Do not do business with this company -- they are dishonest!
