Experience live milling demonstrations, as this gristmill still grinds flour more than a century since its original construction. See the nearby Matthews Cabin, blacksmith shop and interpretive area. National Park Service staff conducts demonstrations on blacksmithing, carding, spinning and basket making. On Sundays throughout the summer, local folk and mountain music performers appear live here. Then visit the Mabry Mill Restaurant & Gift Shop and enjoy a country-style menu. Breakfast is served all day. Lunch and dinner entrees also are featured.
