I have lived here for the past eight months. Big changes started happening when the new owners took over. They have replaced all the toilets, lighting in the breeze way. Right now they are in the process of replacing all the lights on the buildings. I know more changes are coming. I am very excited about it!! Our new Property Manager Linda and Assistant Manager Natasha have been great. If I walk in the office with a concern, they stop what they are doing and listen to me. The maintenance has improved. Dustin and Ryan are great. If anyone has a problem, they fix in a expeditious manner. I am happy to be living here!!

Kendra halacheff is a selfish individual. ..she kept half of my deposit after kicking me out and giving me 14 days to Move...all because I make too much money to live in those raged apartments....820 for that mess. .bs

Deerfield indeed is not as nice as before, mainly due to income based apt in deerfield , but i have to abmit it is way batter then most income based ,, people for some reason dont know how to act :( when the govern.... helps them its a shame they should be kicked out and not allowed to stay somewhere so nice, back to the hood !
