The eye exam was a total of 2 minutes if that; absolutely no patient education about eye care. Glass on eyewear popped out of frame and had to be sent back to be recut; same problem on other family member's pair. Staff person in eyeglass shop very friendly, professional but everyone else there, including opthamologist, were not communicative, provided extremely rushed service as if place were overflowing with clients, and were not very friendly. Witnessed overt rudeness by receptionist toward older client who was struggling to explain herself and also ignored folks. Biggest problem here was that the technician did not slow down with the eye exam, even when requested during exam of elderly patient in my party. Finally, quality of actual glasses very poor. Smudged too easily, not cut properly. Hassle going back and forth to fix problem. Would not recommend this location; perhaps others in franchise are better.
