They'll commit to your purchasing a set number of books, and promise never to send anything you have not specifically requested through email. (Endless emails from them.) When you've met your commitment, they will begin sending 2-3 books every 2-3 weeks, charge your credit card, and REFUSE to respond to the messages you send through their "contact us" link on their website. I've been returning books for a few months, and am finally, today, calling them directly to notify that I'm sending them a certified letter stating that if they send more books, I will keep them without paying.
