Comb & Scissors barbers provide both short, traditional haircuts, as well as contemporary and trendy styles. Every haircut will be detailed to the way you request it and end with a lather neck shave. Comb & Scissors Barber Shop opened in 1979 under the ownership of Ray Cramer. Ray's vision was to have an Olde Tyme Barbershop; a place where you'll feel comfortable, share some stories, and get an excellent haircut at an affordable price. We strive to continue that same vision to greater heights. Come share a good time and a great haircut! Dave Morgan is a licensed Pennsylvania Barber Instructor known for using his unique talents to deliver one of the best flattops one can obtain. He also specializes in fades, layer cuts, regular haircuts and facial shaves with a hot towel. Dave has over 15 years of experience in the business and currently serves as Manager at our 219 East Main Street location. Dave's hobbies include, spending time with his family, hunting in West Virginia, and sharing his knowledge of pistols, shotguns and rifles. John Campbell is a licensed Pennsylvania Barber Manager who specializes in Layer Cuts and Kids' Cuts. He is very proficient in Fades, Flattops, and Regular Haircuts. John's hobbies include fishing, hunting and snowmobiling. If you would like to know some of the best fishing spots, John is the one to ask. Don Hill is a licensed Master Barber in New York and Pennsylvania. He previously owned a shop near Elmira, New York for over forty years. Don has a wealth of Tonasorail knowledge which enables him to do any type of haircut, facial shave, and head massage. Don's enjoys spending time his family, maintaining a strong faith that keeps us all on track, and a love of good food. Dave Daniel is a licensed Pennsylvania Barber Teacher. Dave taught for The Barbers Salons, Cost Cutters Salons, PA Dept of Corrections Barber Schools, and formerly owned a Public Barber School. He has owned seven Barber Shops over the last 25 years. Dave has instructed students in advanced hairstyling and haircoloring to demonstrating how to shave a balloon with a straight razor. Dave's hobbies include spending time with his family, perfecting his craft (art of Barbering), and enjoying the outdoors.
