We are a Wedding Banquet facility. We had occasion over the last 3 years to use their rental service for tents tables chairs and an arch. They are very helpful, and make an effort to understand our customer's requirements before finalizing the jobs. This year, we decided to purchase a tent, and they offered a nice quality frame tent that was from inventory which will serve us well. We have rented from most of the companies in the area, and they all carry virtually the same products. But with their indoor tent washing machine and Scott, the Manager's commitment to his regular customers, I am even willing to pay a little more for the peace of mind that when they are close and my event is going on, I can still reach them in an emergency. (something I have had to do, when the weather hit)###The way I learned to determine what is different in suppliers is to tour their busines front to back. I say "Show me the goods!" You will learn who not to do business with in a hurry! Good Luck
