Gary Radabaugh is an extremely knowledgeable HVAC professional. He came to our house today and figured out the issue with our heat pump after making sure it was not something that could be fixed with some adjustments or cleaning. Too many companies today take the route where they can make the most money buy ordering parts prematurely. Gary did everything he could before determining replacement parts were necessary.

absolutely terrible

Terrible customer service

took 1 1/2 months for them to replace compressor only to disconnect and tell me I need to spend 1340.00 more to replace inside unit. Another company re-connected the compressor and said everything works fine. I've requested a copy of my bill 3 times and they still have not given it to me. reported to BBB.
