We rented the barn for a fundraising event. After the event, we had well over 15 people cleaning, checking and rechecking the entire facility a number of times. Responsible people, adults, teachers, cops, respected members of the community all doing so. The Rent a cop told us the facility looked great ..better than it was before we got there. Told him I wanted to make sure so I got my 200 deposit back. Yep, looks great.
Received a letter from LAT that my deposit would not be returned, they accused us of wiping feces on bathroom walls, dirty floors, food in the sink, trash not being emptied. The guard was the last one to lock the faiclity. Not sure what happened between when we cleaned and the next person went in. But BEWARE. They kept part of the deposit and we were charged for 1.5 hours more than we used the security guard. The office staff accused us of lying,and will not accept the fact thatt soermthing may have happened in between the time we left and the time the guard locked the facility and when the staff came in to check. The office staff hung up on me, berated me, as was everyone who attended - basically called drunken slobs. As far as any customer service, that won't happen.
