Put one of my shirts in with my never boarded yorkie, found a lot of white dog hair on my shirt after kennel use, very disappointed that they did not have the dignity to clean out the kennel BEFORE boarding my yorkshire terrier

We needed to find a kennel fast. We booked a flight to Texas to see our sons graduation from the Air Force and they can't pin down the exact date because it all depends on how well the airman does. So it's all a guessing game. We weren't going to miss it. We had 13&10 yr old dogs that had been house sitted, never kenneled, and we lost our sitter. Molly was concerned about their age and welfare. She agreed to a trail run before accepting them. Well, very thing went well, and we wouldn't use any other kennel. Also this was the first kennel recommend by our vetanarian. So grateful it all worked out. Now we use Kinship every time we go away. Thanks to Molly and all the staff.
