My husband and I arrived at the store at 8am when they opened. upon entering the store, there was a female manager screaming at the top of her lungs at an elderly female employee for not being at her register at exactly 8am (even though it was 8:01am). I could hear here yelling throughout the whole store. I was very upset and uncomfortable. then the cashier was horribly rude (after we spent $ 700), he said they might not have someone to load our truck and dismissed us. I understand people have a rough day, but this was beyond ridiculous. we will be taking our business to Lowe's. (Don and Al were great there and very nice).
