The customer is treated like you are bothering them by doing business here. I also do not recommend her notary services. On more than one occasion she has rudely given me false information about notarizing something. Of significant note was a government document that she insisted she was unable to notarize even though there was a place for it. She finally copied it and notarized the copy. Of course when we mailed that in, it was returned because a copy was unacceptable and the original needed to be signed and notarized. This after we paid both the UPS store and the submission fee for the document. A different notary not only notarized the original but after hearing our story looked it up in her notary book and found exactly where it said that this particular document could be notarized. I wish we had insisted the UPS store look it up but we shouldn't have to do that. And in an act of true costumer service, this notary refused to charge us since she believes in true customer service.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. The owner was incredibly rude and offensive and was also treating her staff in the same manner. The store had issued me a quote of $80-$100 to have an item packed and shipped (I gave them all necessary information including shipping location, dimensions, weight, and the fact that the item had a glass door) and when I went in the next day to ship the item, the owner doubled that amount and told me it would be $160 at least. Luckily for everyone even contemplating using this store, there is another UPS Store only 5 miles away located at 4900 Carlisle Pike Mechanicsburg, 17050 and they are extremely helpful and prompt with service....and only charged me $78 to pack and ship my item. Less than this UPS store's original quote. So please save yourself time, headache, a whole lot of money and avoid this store. I promise you will not be sorry that you did
