Queen Tree Management ducked taped a letter to my door and damaged it. When I called to complain I was told to take it up with my HOA. Very rude and poor record keeping but apparently my HOA is ok with the way they do business. Highly not recommended.

Queentree Management is a disgraceful company. Property manager doesn't return phone calls or emails about repairs (including one electrical). She towed cars out of the parking lot claiming they didn't belong there. Once contact was made with the property manager stating she didn't have grounds to remove the vehicles, she became hostile on the telephone and hung up twice. She lost one rent check paid to her and tried to apply a late fee. One tenant who tried to question her about the towing was served an immediate eviction notice the VERY NEXT DAY. To say this company is unprofessional is being nice. The property manager is evil and using tenant's homes as leverage for making she that the has all of the power. Do not recommend this company to anyone looking for property management
