I like the Richmond Arby's chain since they have a different menu than the rest of the US Arby's along with special salads, chicken, turkey with vegetable sides, baked goods and a nice atmosphere. The Colonial Hts and Short Pump are the best and there are a few bad ones dirty, unfriendly staff, and serving old food, or simply running out of something and not replenishing it. The Mechanicsville Arby's is OK, and I have eaten here several times, all descriptions referenced above, mostly staff that is somewhat friendly and definitely dirty tables and seats.
