Over 1 hour waiting after placing our order for dinner tonight. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE job. It was not even busy. Then manager would not even comp our meal. DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT!

I came here after another place took to long to provide service (so I was already fuming when I came in). The wait staff was friendly and provided very good service. I hope they keep the same great service.



The food was middle of the road. Given the quality, the food should be cheaper. The layout and decor is kind of poor for a sports bar (likely to keep the family traffic). Lots of tv's but small screens compared to the next tier sports bars in Richmond area. Also, the need to get a waitress to change the channel (of the table tv) is kind of a stupid plan. Although their competition is limited in Mechanicsville, they could do better. The chains like TGIF, Applebees do better. They need something to set them apart.
