Everything is pretty expensive here but what we have ordered (the Prime Rib special, the buffalo chicken mac n cheese, and the butterfinger cheesecake) were both great. We just haven't gone back because of the price and the fact that so many people are there drinking/live music/ect. It is a great place for upscale date night though or to enjoy a drink with your dinner. Ask for Brandon or Aly to be your servers, they are both great and attentive.

Good place to go. Have only been there once (6-8 wks ago) but had a very good experience. Staff cordially accommodated shifting our table for the best view of the lake. Our party of 4 all had various gourmet burgers and all were delicious. Waiter may have been somewhat inexperienced (they hadn't been open very long at the time), but did a good job and aimed to please. Some of the dinner entrees were up there in price, but they had a variety of prices to select from. Hope to take friends there this weekend. Anxious to see the expanded patio.

Stay home and cook on the grill! This place has terrible service and an extremely long wait for food or drink. Most staff members are young and inexperienced. The staff gives the impression that they would rather be anywhere else than working at Blue Lake Tavern!
