Besides being a wonderful storyteller, Joe at Celtic Revival was a pleasure to work with and he made the process of buying an engagement ring absolutely painless. And I didn’t make it easy on him! I was spending a summer in India when I decided to buy the ring and with the time difference and my desire for secrecy from my then girlfriend, we had to communicate entirely by email. Joe helped me find the right ring and when I returned to Massachusetts, he had it ready and waiting for me. It turned out far more beautiful than I had imagined - “PERFECT!” according to my wife. I had such a great experience I decided to buy my wedding ring from Joe as well and even though the manufacturer initially sent the wrong ring to Joe, he was honest and determined to resolve the issue quickly to get my ring ready in time for the wedding.
