I dealt with John (the manager). He towed a customer's truck and there was a slight issue with the tow. I can't remember the last time that I spoke to someone that rude, unprofessional and belligerent. According to John, he is perfect! (exact words) I would never call this company again because of him. Management usually sets the tone for the rest of the company. NO THANKS!

This enterprise as they called themselves are unprofessional and rude... my vehicle got towed not too long ago.. and there was a scratch on it, one of their employees in the lot told me to call the office later and report the damage.. even tho that employee saw it with his own eyes told me to call back later. I called later that day and they told me that i should have never left cause now they are telling me that i put the damage on my own vehicle. They told me that the owner will call me and talk to me about it.. after they rudely talked to me on the phone and wouldn't let me have a word in and pretty much hung up the phone on me.. it's been over a week and I haven't heard from that place.. that's how they conduct business and provide services to Medford.. they need to take classes on customer services.. IT'S A JOKE!!!
