Went in to get my Lincoln's brake pads replaced since the repair was overdue. My regular technician was out of town but they assigned a new person to deal with the repair. The service was the same - quick and efficient. That's what I like about Sentry, no matter who I deal with, the customer service is always great! Will definitely recommend this dealership!

Got my Lincoln Navigator from Sentry Lincoln-Mercury and I was very happy with the customer service at the dealership. I was also impressed by their additional perks they offered such as a Free Nitrogen package, which ends up saving me nearly $200 on gas and maintenance. Definitely worth it especially considering the high gas prices. Had a great experience buying a car from this dealer and would recommend them.

Sentry LM dealership has been around for a long time and I purchased my previous family car from them. I was in the market for a brand new Lincoln MKX this time and didn't hesitate in dealing with Sentry again. I had a great first experience and their customer service has only gotten better.
