Excellent and quick service ! I had my car back within a day and it's running great ! Andrew and all of his crew are experienced and worked as a team to solve my car's issues. The owner Andrew will explain the issues upfront and offers a very reasonable price. Great service and convenience. Drop off and pick up was easy as well, even if you need a tow. We've been going to Andrew's for 9 years now. Andrew is reliable, dependable and professional. He has been fair and honest each and every time my husband or I have taken our cars to him. I was talking to a collision mechanic shop owner last night about the repair Andrew had just done for me. When I told him Andrew is our mechanic he simply said, "Oh, Andrew is the best."

I went there for the first time today and was assured by Andrew that they'd check my car immediately because I couldn't fit 3 carseats in my husbands car. He said he'd call me within 2 hours. When he didn't call I began calling him for 40 minutes with no answer. When I drove over there to see the status he said he was doing research online and rudely told me to just take it. I told him that was unprofessional. As I was loading my 4 year old and groceries from one car to another so I could pick up my kids he came outside and told me to f$@k myself and continued yelling at me. I am absolutely dumbfounded by this experience. He didn't have time to answer the phone yet could stand outside and curse at me in front of my child. This goes beyond poor customer service. Do NOT go here.

I will never go back, and I will continue to sway people away from andrews. Took my car in and was told my entire transmission was bad. He said he would rebuild it for 1500, but when I asked what was wrong with it he told me"it's like a lightbulb it just goes bad" After taking it for a second opinion i found out it was a minor 400$ repair. Andrews tried to STEAL over a grand from me. Within the next week I was told by a friend that she had her brakes redone in December only to have to get them replaced 2 months later because andrews never actually worked on her breaks. Save your money and take your car elsewhere, Andrew is a liar and tries to steal from his customers.

Thanks Andrew for the work that you did on my car. I though that I would have to buy a new car. My car is running like new. Thanks for taking the time to explain to me my options and for getting my car to run like new!
