I have tried many different nail salons in Medford, and this is seriously the best experience I've gotten in the area! A friend recommended I come here after showing me her beautiful nails, and it was the best beauty advice I've received in a while.

First of all, they are excellent service, easy communication and clean, comfy atmosphere make for very happy customers!

Tina did my gel mani and was absolutely amazing. She was super sweet and did an amazing application job after spending time doing her work thoughtfully. Not only did she listen to what I wanted, but she was happy and genuine in accommodating me and understanding my needs and concerns.

My pedicure was absolutely amazing. Many nail salons tend to be lazy in scraping off dead skin and caring for the foot, but Mike went above and beyond in pampering me.

Oh, and please let me tell you how amazing all of the massages were... My hands/arms, legs/feet were so well taken care of. It was really top service.

On Saturday, I took my mother & 5-year-old niece to get services. We were quickly greeted and ushered to sit down promptly. We were the only customers for the duration of our services. The entire pedicure for my niece lasted 5 minutes and later the woman started removing the gel from my last manicure. She used a buffing machine (which I know is a No-No but this goes in hand with the sense of being rushed.) The rest of the manicure was horrible as the woman's nails continued to dig into my skin (which cut me) and she didn't trim my cuticles at all. She slapped on some polish but didn't pay ANY attention to detail because the edges of each nail remain bare. I noticed today that the clear top coat was peeling off my nails, which is something that has NEVER happened to me in the 6 years of getting gel polish.

Worst nail salon I have ever gone to for a manicure. I will nevergo back. Owner/owner' s wife has an attitude problem. No one was waiting but she couldn't get done quick enough. I had to ask her a few times to put the polish on the full nail not just the center. I was told the I owed $18 which I paid then when I was drying she said she made an error I owed $21 then she said no it's $23. As I was drying she told me I was dry and turned off the dryer. My nails smudged when I got in the car. I wasted my money. I definitely would recommend you avoid this place.

This place is a total RIP off! They refused to honor a gift certificate I had received as a Xmas gift. They said it had expired in 3 months and my sister paid $45 to them for it. Totally illegal and rude to boot!

Definitely will not go back. Poor quality, poor customer service, and no consideration given to my older mom with medical concerns.
