Provided by YP.comMy son only attended Malvern from age 4 months to 7 months old. When he first toured the school we were impressed but after a few short days, our level of trust for the staff changed. One day, I as picking my son up and he was swinging in a swing, with his bottle in his mouth being propped up from a blanket placed on his chest. No staff member anywhere near him. Two infants in swings, my son in one, and another child being 'fed' the same way. I saw the other infant was asleep and his bottle was dripping liquid into his mouth and down his face. My husband and I reported it to the director who promised it would not happen again. Two weeks later I picked my son up to the same. I spoke again to the director who was very apologetic and assured us again, that it was not going to be tolerated. On our last day at the school, my husband dropped off our son and there, again, two children in the swing being 'fed' that way and we have never gone back. I do not trust this staff to care for children

Provided by YP.comMy daughter is almost 4 and has been at Malvern since she was 4.5 months old. I cannot say enough about how happy we are there. The teachers are all fantastic, the school is extremely clean and most importantly my daughter LOVES it. They do such fun things with the kids and even my son, who is in the infant room (10 months old), does arts and crafts. My kids have also grown so much since they started and the social aspect is fantastic.

Provided by YPmobileOur son who is almost 3years old started going to Malvern at Medford about two months ago. We have nothing but good things to say. If you have a special request, the staff will do what they can to get it done. Every day, they send home a sheet that explains what activities they did that day, what/how much they ate, and how much they slept. You bring your own sleeping bag and pillow and bring then home once a week to be washed. You provide lunch for them, but they provide ORGANIC snacks and drinks (2) every day! They also have visitors sometimes and do certain activities outside. They get two outside play times per day. Our son is very attached to us so they allowed us to bring him in for about an hour on a "test day" for him to practice being there. The teachers are also great in transitioning them to the environment. We've never had an issue here. You have to get a code to get inside the door and check your child in electronically.
