Absolutely awful! Took a part from my TV and a $50 deposit on 3/27 and said he would get back to me by 4/1. A week and a half later, I did not hear from him. I called and left a message and he returned the call telling me he left me a message which was false. He told me to call the next morning within a time frame which did not work for me. I have continuously reached out to him since then and have not received a call back. It is now 5/3 and still no contact. He makes no attempt to contact you and instead makes you call him during a specific time frame. Obviously does not know what good customer service is. A television is a luxury and those that fix tv's need to understand the importance of them to their customers. I am filing a complaint with the BBB and will take matters further to get a refund. Save your time and money and call somebody else.

Did not honor guarantee when TV stopped working shortly after repair. Did not show up to fix it as promised. Did not return calls or email. I would try one of the other Long Island shops who have been in business longer with established reputations.

This is the worst service company I have ever dealt with. They "repaired" my TV for $275 and 24 hours later, the TV was not working. They did not return my phone calls or email until I threatened to sue them. Then they promised to come fix it and never showed. Do not use this company.
