I bought an entire livingroom set for my daughter who moved to Brooklyn and the set was damaged plus was promised repairs and replacement parts but it never happened. The salesman was informed of the problem and promised to have one piece repaired and and a new piece ordered. Then the vendor who was to repair the sofa would not travel to Brooklyn as promised by their salesman so I went back to them and the salesman was no longer with them so they did nothing for me except speak to me very nasty. I then tried to get Amex to reverse the charges so maybe they would honor their promise but they just got their back up and would not even give me the replacement part for the cocktail table. I did not win the amex case which I new because I did receive the goods and the only reason I did the amex claim was in hopes of getting what I was promised. I told them from the begining that this was a gift and it was in Brooklyn and they said no problem if it was damaged they go into Brooklyn. Well I would never go back to them and whenever I'm asked about furniture I do recomend to everyone never do business with B &B.
