We like the expedient service as great prices

We thought this company was awesome, sales people were great. We have been excited about the installation all year as we ordered this last year. Installation day comes and it turns out the guy who marked the pool did it wrong, so we only prepared for 18’ but it was supposed to be 20’ also we were told to lay out the sand and level it. So for a month we prepared for the pool so it was ready for them to assemble. They come to set up and tell us it’s all wrong. Sand shouldn’t be down as we were told, and it should be a 20’ circle not 18’. They say the guy who sprayed, sprayed wrong but after calling up the company they tell us it’s all our fault. And we have to pay another 1k to remove the sand we put down, get more sand , make the circle bigger, and level it again. I’d be very cautious dealing with these people. They should give you instructions written out.

Great company have so many different things to pick from. My kids see the car wash and they had to have it. Since we don't live in New York we live in Florida it had to be delivered, delivery was fast and didn't cost as much as I thought it was going to be. I did have to contact customer service a few times but only because I was having internet trouble and unable to view my order. I contacted customer service on the phone and used the company's website live chat customer service option. Both were very helpful and nice answering all my questions fully to their knowledge. I have to say Island Recreational is an all around great company and if you want to purchase from their website you have no reason to worry its a fully secure site and you'll get your order quickly. Glad I was able to do busy with them I have some very happy kids.

great experience with this store when i was searching for a pool cover , they lead me in the right direction to find what i needed , so big sales pitches , i really like that alot , they were great with everything i needed. i would recommend them to all of my friends.
