Poorly run office, poor communication; rude office staff, nurses get to make up their own schedule and keep people waiting, Director does not return calls or keep the family members in the loop, they hide by telling people that a person is out of the office for the day and do not communicate when visits will take place or with whom. They tell you one thing and do another. They told me a nurse was going out to visit my mother and instead sent an ambulance without telling me. Do not use their service- try Southern Oregon Home Health instead.
