Bad customer service and doesn't show up for scheduled appointments

I booked an installation and setup for February 18, 2013 for my business at 2:00 and then we would proceed to my home for that installation. This appointment was schedule so that my clients would not be in my shop at the same time. At 2:15 I called Advanced TV to find out when the installer would be arriving as I was sure he was running late from a previous job. To my amazement, the receptionist informed me that he wasn’t coming. The installer had taken another job order the Friday before my appointment in Yreka and he had to leave for that job first thing that morning. I asked her why someone didn’t call me. Her response was that they didn’t have my phone number. Really? No phone number? They had my name, my business name, my business address, yet no phone number to contact me. I was shocked. They had a new order for business in Yreka on Friday. But, with no phone number they claim, they couldn’t contact me to reschedule the install. I indicated that they had my address, why didn’t someone come by my office and leave a note. Couldn’t do that because no one was available she said. I then asked if they had heard of a little thing called, the phone book or Goggle for which she had not response. Had they taken the time to goggle my name, my business name or my business address, a phone number would have come up and they could have called me. The receptionist indicated that they hadn’t thought of that. Meanwhile, that Monday was a very busy day for me. I was booked solid with appointments from 9-2. I had several calls from clients needing to get in that day and because I believed that the install was happening at 2:00, I turned away close to $200.00 worth of services that I could have done. I informed the receptionist of this information and she said I would have to talk with the installer when I called back to reschedule my appointment. Really? Me call back to reschedule an appointment for a service that should have been done that day, but wasn’t because they took a job that was going to pay them more than my two installations. I think not. Any business that claims not to be able to find a phone number is bogus. Any business that books appointments and blows them off for a larger job is bogus.Any business that doesn’t believe in customer service is bogus. Unfortunately, Advanced TV is that company.

Glenn is the best ever for expert knowledge and repair. He works there in 2012. I don't know what it was like back in 2009, but I can say you can't go wrong here and it feels good to support a local business.

worst service ever, and in the end my tv is still broken.if yor tv breaks, don't take it here, go somewhere else or just buy a new tv, not worth it to waste your money with this place.

Worst Ever

Thia has to be the worst place to get your TV fixed, save your time and money and take your TV to a place that has compitent repair people.
