I took my dress in to be fitted I didn't know what I was expecting but WOW! the ladies were so nice and knowledgeable I felt like I was in good hands. I got my dress back early and it was perfect.

Took a shirt in to have the sleeves shortened. Should have taken a few hours. Went back in a week and still not done. Will be going somewhere else.

Staff are incredibly rude!

Totally unprofessional. My clothes were not done when promised. After THREE trips back one pair of pants were WAY too long. If that wasn't enough, they were rude too. Go anywhere else but here!!!

Pamela Wenzel of The Alteration Center is a world-class seamstress, clearly in a league of her own. Not only did she make my daughter�s dress look like it was custom made, but the work was done promptly and reasonably priced. Pamela even extended the time she normally closes just to accommodate my schedule!
