Incredibly awful customer service. Somewhere on the application to apply for a job at Best Buy there must be the question,"Can you be rude, snippy, and more unpleasant to customers?". If you answer yes, you get hired! Have been there three times and all three times the employees were rude, acted like the customer was bothering them, not friendly, and it wasn't one or two employees, it was all of them! I will spend my money elsewhere.
