Dr Ring is an excellent doctor. He is caring and takes time to listen to your concerns.

I have had my adult care, my OB care for my two children and there pediatric care all in one place. The whole staff is wonderful. I love going there and my kids like it too.

My husband and myself had been going to this clinic for almost 30 years. My husband had Medicare the whole time and then suddenly we were informed that they were no longer taking Medicare patients. They would not see my husband after 30 years of patronizing this business. We were dedicated and loyal patients to this place. I thought it was very cold and uncaring for these doctors to do this. I had insurance through my job but after how they treated Medicare patients I changed doctors. I felt they did not need my money. I see now they are accepting Medicare. We will not go back nor will I recommend this place.

I was referred to a Dr. at this practice for chronic internal problems.Being sick, I fell very ill just before a scheduled procedure so I courtesy called to reschedule. The MA was utterly disrespectful and unconcerned that I was so ill (in fact, I was admitted to the hospital the next day, on deaths door). She instead scolded me for rescheduling, spoke loudly over my every word, gave me a hard time when I asked for the correct procedure meds, and then promptly sent me a "$200 fee for cancellation" to sign and return IN PERSON (for more abuse, I believe). When I complained to the office manager about her treatment of me, she LAUGHED at me and then assured me that the MA "didn't scold me", as if she instead of I were a party to the conversation. She then refused to let me speak with the Dr.And to continue to add insult to injury, the MA then had the audacity to call me and while unapologetically ignoring her previous abuse told me I "was taking it too personal"! As a result, I am sick but now cannot receive the care I need.

After 25 YEARS of seeing a physician at this clinic, from Pediatrics thru adulthood, he retired and left the clinic. Immediately the clinic filed SUIT for a $92 back bill (that I had planned to pay on my next visit and this had been AGREED to by the accounting dept). I received a notice from a credit agency that the settlement amount was nearly $1,500.00!!!! OUTRAGEOUS. Looking through my history there, with deductibles & copays alone, my parents and I had paid out nearly $15,000.00 total to this clinic. And they have the GALL to SUE me for $92.00. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM FAMILY PRACTICE GROUP, they are not there for your wellbeing, just your wallet.
