We would highly recommend Sterling West Property Management Company to anyone who is considering renting their personal property or in need of a property management company. Sterling West is an extremely professional, well organized company, the staff are very friendly & helpful. Monthly owner statements always arrive promptly & are detailed. Inspections & walk through's done on the property are informative, timely and very thorough. The maintenance staff does an excellent job on repairs.Having Sterling West manage our property gives us peace of mind that we need, especially since we do not reside locally.We cant say enough great things about the company, having them manage our property gives us the ability to not worry about it & that is a big stress reliever.

We have been thrilled with having Sterling West Property, manage our 3 properties, for the past few years.. They have been very easy to work with and so very competent. We recently had a change in tenants, and the process changing to a new tenant was flawless, and rapid.At times we have had maintenance issues. They have a full staff of experienced and bonded folks who completed everything so very well.One of my favorite aspects of working with Sterling West is how responsive they have been in dealing with my questions or tenant concerns.In the past, I have managed my own rentals, but after having Sterling ot the job, I would NEVER go back to doing it myself.J. We located to area several months ago and after dealing with several other property management companies we were delighted to find a company that would take the time to help us. Terri provided us with information and pictures other than what was on the web site and we were able to complete the entire process through email and fax. When we arrived from Texas, they went out of their way to assist us. Once we purchase our own home, we plan on purchasing several rentals and you can bet we will use John L. Scott Property Mgmt as our management company.
