Don't take your car to this dealership, my husband took my car here because the work that needed to be done on it, only the dealership could do.



First off, we were charged way more than than what we were initially told, I understand things happen and sometimes end up costing more but, I've never had a mechanic Not call me to inform me of a

price difference to get the Yay or nay on the work.



Upon getting my car we were told that there was some work on the car that needed to be done, which was untrue. Then, I notice that the paneling on the inside of the car that covers wires was not put back on, and the little connectors that secure the panel were no where in my car, so what did the guy do with them that took the panel off is my question. Also, for whatever reason they needed in my glove box, instead of seeing everything together, all my receipts, insurance cards, warranties everything that was in the glove box was thrown around from the front passanger floor and seat to the back seat on the right hand side from the floor and seat. Papers had footprints all over them. I am completely disgusted with the lack of respect this dealership showed.



When contacting the manager about the situation he never offered an apology, he only said he was sorry I FEEL they were dishonest and that he was sorry that I FEEL I had a bad experience. Uh, no they WERE dishonest and I DID have a BAD experience. I took pictures and still no apology. And no offer to fix the panel either. The managers name is Jim Stadtfled, and he was very pompous about the whole situation. He doesn't feel anyone did anything wrong. I do have to say that this was the worst experience with a mechanic that I've ever encountered in my life, and I've been to a lot of mechanics. Very disappointed, I will be getting this word out everywhere as well as to corporate.
