They run their support staff, front desk and billing, ragged. We have been in 6+ times. I call to make payment over the phone. They do not answer the phone. You have to leave a message, and they rarely get back to you. It is hard to even get them on the phone to make an appt. They put you on hold, and forget you, or hang up on you. It is typically a long wait just to get checked in at the front desk. The girls do the best they can, there are just not enough of them. We have to remind the doc assistant of things she is suppose to do because she is also pushed too hard. Mistakes can be made easily when people are spread too thin.
