The staff are all friendly and professional. I was NOT happy with the car. I discovered on the way to Portland that this car had NO cruise control. It did not even occur to me that a rental car would not have this necessary feature. Otherwise my experience was good.

I have used this office many times over the years and I always have great customer service and they treat me like a friend.

It is my belief that they have a "bait and switch" method going on. This is the third time this year we have used their online services to rent a CAR and when we arrive at the designated time and date, all they have is SUV's and we have to pay for the upgrade. Why do we have to pay the difference when you don't have available what we requested? Rachel's excuse this time was that all their cars were in Grants Pass. Our vehicle had been in a car accident and she lied about it. The back seat was filthy with hair and something spilled on the floor. The steering wheel had a sticky substance on it and we brought it to Rachel's attention that there was a coffee spill in the front console. Their car detailer argued with us claiming it was just water. Hmmm Didn't know water was moldy and brown. Last time we rented from them the license plate tags were expired. Cannot recommend and will NOT return.
