This guy is evil and obviously deranged. He showed up on a bicycle and told us it was because he had seizures and was not allowed to drive. That was because he had a huge drinking problem. He smelled like booze, and had an accident that hurt people that I read that day when he had a license. Do not trust this guy. Check him out first. Don't just believe me. This guy will hurt you. He is not trustworthy.
