I bought a prepaid visit for $40 they were advertising for where it was including a manicure or pedicure, hair cut and highlights, and a gloss therapy that had a 6 month life on it. The only service I received was the manicure which I paid a little extra for and got the gel polish, the experience was awkward and she seemed pushy, and my nails not only were not the color I had asked for, but they weren't even filled in all of the way. She didn't shape them, or really even do anything to my cuticles, my nails looked horrible and I was overall extremely not impressed. Here's where I get angry: I made an appointment for my hair services (which I had already PAID FOR) and I had called to reschedule it for another day and there was no answer. Called again, no answer so left a message. Never got a call back so I waited a couple of days, called on the 19th again and they didn't answer, but now on their message machine it says that I would have had to call by December 17th to make my appointment, which I had called between the 10th and the 15th repeatedly and left messages with a callback number every time and never received a call back. It's been a month and I still haven't heard anything from them and I know they aren't going to reimburse me. I paid for these services only to be ripped off and ignored. I will tell everyone I know not to go there, and leave a review on every site I can so people know not to go there. Very unprofessional and doesn't care about their clients or future clients for that matter. Would rate ZERO if I could.

I recently moved back into town after being gone for 8 months to find that my favorite salon and my magic stylist Holly Doggett had moved! Thank god she is still working away though because she is still just as amazing as she ever was. She is now inside NVS looks salon at 114 e 6th street. Mama, I'm home! Thanks for bringing back my gorgeous hair!As for the lady who got her nails done and didn't like them: I asked Holly about that and she and every other stylist there said was that you were horribly rude to her nailtech! That you even made her cry and it wasn't Holly (the owner) but Michelle who approached her in Walmart. At which point your classy nail friend screamed and cussed at her in public. Your friend offended many other customers there as well. You may need new friends. Just thought I set the record straight.

I had a friend who went to this salon to have her nails done. She sat down told the nail technician that she wanted a colored nail with zebra stripes. After the nail technician started her nails my friend noticed that her nails were lumpy and not the same length at this point she confronted the tech about the poor job she was doing. The nail tech admitted that she only does pink and white. My friend offered the nail tech 10.00 for three nails and told the tech she would have to go somewhere else to fix the poor job the tech had done. The owner approached my friend in walmart and was very unprofessional towards my friend. Good thing I was not present i would of put the owner in her place and not in a nice way!

I have gotten my hair cut and colored here and it is the best place in town! I have always been treated very nicely and am always comfortable!

I had a wonderful day at IGNITION! I scheduled my appointment from a reference I got from a nice woman I met at Fred Meyer who had the most amazing hair color I had ever seen. I'm so happy I thought to ask her about it. She told me to go see Holly at Ignition, and I have to say, I was so pleased with not only how my hair turned out, but the overall experience! I enjoyed a glass of wine and some spirited conversation with the rest of the salon, and Holly is quite the personality too! I love her, I have found my new salon, I wish I new about it sooner. Don't hesitate to try it out, you'll be glad you did! I see why she is Medford's 2007 Favorite Hairstylist =)
