So very glad I used these guys! Jason has been the one to keep me in the loop and spent a ton of time on the phone advocating for me to the warranty company and the dealer that I just bought this car from. These guys are forward and honest about everything, and I can't thank them enough.

When I first went to John's Auto Care, I just got a Mobil 1 Express Lube. I was in the Porsche/Audi repair field for 40+ years, and it didn't take long to realize that this is a first class shop with the knowledge and diagnostic tools to take care of most any vehicle. But the depth of knowledge about BMW cars is incredible.. Luis Brito the owner has 30+ years of experience working with BMWs and has a crew and the equipment to diagnose and repair even the newest Bimmers on the street. If you need any kind of work done on your car, you can do no better than John's Auto Care in Medford.
