Provided by YP.comVery belittling accusatory and just plain rude. Says things to try to make him look better, even when you can tell his computer knowledge is "extremely limited" probably not certified at all in his knwoledge. DO NO CALL you will be disappointed. And out too much $$$ for nothing!
