I have had nothing but trouble with getting shoes at this store. The help is totally incompetent. The new owner wouldn't even answer my letter. After a year of trying to get a pair of shoes there, I finally get a pair in the mail and it is the wrong style. Not what I had ordered at all. This happened a few months ago with this same mess and the clerk argued with me about it. I showed him the style I was wearing and he had to admit they were a different style. He told me they couldn't get that style anymore. So I went to Famous Footwear and they had no trouble getting them and a lot cheaper. Now I have to call the distributorship to get the correct style of this pair. A YEAR LATER!!!! I would never go there again.

Staff are always friendly and helpful and quick to offer assistance. They go beyond the basics to offer alternative suggestions and provide excellent service. My shoe styles and size are in their computer, which simplifies ordering additional pairs of shoes when I find a style I like (Yes, SAS!!!) They have semi-annual sales which they announce to regular customers prior to general ads. They told me an advance that there was going to be a newspaper discounty coupon in about a month. They ordered a pair of shoes for my Mother when she visited, and had them shipped to her home location.
