I asked for a recommendation for friends after the Grants Pass Honda Dealer gave us a quote of $3k for new air conditioning and brakes. Within 24 hours Brett Hays had all of the parts, had done the work, and charged us $975 for everything. The guys at the shop who work with Brett were very welcoming and personable and I couldn't be happier that I found this place to work on my Honda CRV. Even though we live in Merlin, it is WELL worth the drive for us to bring our vehicle to Medford for the service at Quality Import Parts, thanks guys!
