Our mission is to help students learn topnotch phlebotomy skills that will enable them to find fulfilling employment in a lifelong career. Students learn compassion and empathy in caring for patients, which also makes their lives better. We stress empathy, honesty, respect for the patient, teamwork, and quality in all aspects of the practice of phlebotomy. Based in Downtown Medford, Oregon, RVPS was founded to assist students in developing a career in phlebotomy. Directed by Linda Singley, PBT-ASCP, RVPS offers over 3 decades of professional phlebotomy experience. RVPS is licensed by the Oregon Department of Education.
