I would not recommend anyone go to this salon. Tiffany McReynolds was my hairdresser and she over processed my hair and it all fell out. She refused to consult with me or offer any solutions. I then contacted the salon itself which her mother owns and she refused to return my calls as well. I then received a text from Tiffany suggesting I call their attorney. Wow talk about horrible customer service and a hair nightmare that will last me years and cost hundreds to repair. Just say NO to Salon Avalon and their inexperienced hairdressers and horrific customer service.



When someone destroys your hair of gives you a product that is NOT what they say you are getting that is lying cheating and NOT doing professional business. This is a small valley and every business should provide great customer service or offer their patrons a solution when something goes horribly wrong. All u got from salon Avalon was hey call my lawyer. They never even looked at my hair. Really wierd and NOT normal so BEWARE for your own sake!
