Poor customer service. I'll buy my shoes elsewhere from now on.

Horrible customer service! The staff acts like it an inconvenience for them to help you when you ask a question about their products. How can people who work there be so rude and still keep their job when I'm sure there's someone else who would be happy to have their job and be courteous to customers? ..... Management : wake the hell up and get good help!.
