Horrible experience with the office staff. The doctor (Wayman) was very nice but he's losing clients because of them. The office manager said she'd find out my total costs for me. What I got was an unprofessional vm from their admin assistant asking for money "up front" and I needed to pay it. When I called to get further details on the entire costs she went off on me about how they wouldn't know that. Horrible phone attitude. Getting contact info out of them to find out on my own was not easy. Instead of something that was so simple they went out of their way to give me a hard time. I had to call back to get codes and the office manager rattled it off and hung up on me before I could finish my next question. Then she got dismissive and angry when I called back. I decide to cancel my surgery because of their rudeness. When I cancelled she refused to hear why. She said she just couldn't make me happy- total cop out for not acknowledging their atrocious behavior. I found out later that paying them "up front" would not have gone toward my deductible. They are a Regence Preferred Provider. Regence said this is NOT how they operate.There's no reason they couldn't go through the insurance first and then get paid. My out of pocket would have went toward my deductible then. I'd definitely go elsewhere.
