I have rentals one of my renters told me about this service. For rentals it was great. On time and did what he said. I use him on all my installations.

We highly recommend Superior Carpet Service Inc. We had a difficult job due to a flood and they came out and fixed the problem beyond anything we would have expected. They worked beyond the scope of what was expected of them. Thank You Superior Carpet Service for a beautiful job and for making our lives easier.

We choose Superior because of the bid we received, it was about $150 lower than others - turned out to be a several thousand dollar mistake.The floor turned out real bad, bumps, lumps, etc.. Superior Carpet said it was our fault so we paid a State Certified Flooring Inspector who reported that it was Superior Carpets installation practices that caused the problem, stating that they had tried to deviate in too many areas. The court gave us back our $$ but it is going to cost 3x more than that to have the floor he laid, removed & reinstalled. The representative was rude and uncooperative. Buyer Beware!
