There is a big difference between Diet vs Lifestyle change. I had the same mentality as many "Healthy Food taste yucky". Until I made that bold move and joined the new well 2 years ago. Since then I have lost 85 pounds throughout my wellness journey! With my own recipe's and my own food. Plus they empowered me with the confidence I needed to make healthy choices in my house and outside my house too!

I have been with the new well as a wellness consultant for almost nine years, not only have I seen many many lives changed, it has changed mine. I started as a client with the new well and fell so completely in love with the whole program. The support was amazing, the eating plan was simple and healthy and the exercise was fun and effective. I have lost 65 pounds and have kept it off. That's never happened for me, EVER! I loved the program so much that I became a Wellness Consultant so that I could support others in their journey and show them that keeping the weight off really is possible! My life has been changed!

Is an awesome place and the women there are very helpful and caring. They have supported me through my weight loss journey and continue to do so. I have lost 36 lbs and am still losing. It helps to know that the employees have also gone (and some are still going) through their weight loss journey. It helps them to understand more and put themselves in my shoes.

Ever since I joined The New Well, I've been on a roller coaster where I lose a bunch and it comes back even worse. Now that I've shelled out $1200 with no chance of getting a refund, I feel worse about myself than ever. It only made things worse that the "counselors" there treated me like it was my fault, even though I did everything they told me to do.

How can one business be such a total, unbelievable sham? The New Well exceeds at being just this. I'm sorry, but why would I take weight loss advice from a bunch of sloppy cows? It doesn't make sense.

If you like catty bitches and "diet" food that is filled with sugar, than by all means give this business your required $1000 for their crappy gym and negative atmosphere.

Do not go here, women. Hold on to your cash and save yourself the guilt these people pour all over you. You don't need this cash-hungry franchise! It is ALL about pressure sales of their "packages" and "plans" and crappy cosmetics with no hope of ever getting a refund, no matter how badly you were treated. Don't go here.

I love The New Well!! The program changed my life and my looks!! The monthly payments are worth it. Ive lost 50 pounds in eight months and ive build alot of muscle! The review before me....you are right on....they charged me over $1500 for a year's sign up. Thank you God for reading the full contract (be sure to see the back page) of what you signed.....they can even shut down their local office and move 50 miles away and make you pay your full contract amount. The tranquilty room is a joke. But dont take my word for it, go to a "free" consultation. I love how they say you cant put a price on your health. I sure can and its only $34 a month at Curves but its $350 down and $100 a month for the New Well.....Girls, get your thrifty minds on what is worth it....Good luck to all of you who put your circuit to full throttle.

The New Well (formally known as Healthy Inspirations) changed my life. It is worth it and the amazing thing was how easy it was. Very easy, simple and great results!!!!! I lost 40 lbs in 4 months. Took me way longer to put it on! YAY!

Must sign a year contract and if its not for you even after one week , no refunds, your out at least $1200 if not more....not Worthit. Join a gym with NO contracts or joining fees.The New Well Is a Big Rip Off.
